Did NILS help you improve your Janpanese proficiency?
- Gloria Kim
-
Yes it did. All of the classes were fully in Japanese so it really helped with my listening.

How helpful was the staff after you started the program?
- Gloria Kim
-
Very helpful; if I didn’t understand anything, I could always ask the staff and they were able to explain by assessing my Japanese level and answering accordingly.

How would you rate your teacher?
- Gloria Kim
-
All of the teachers I’ve had are very nice and do well with teaching the course. One thing that I would have preferred though is the pace of the classes to be faster when going through each chapter of a textbook. But other than that, the teachers are excellent at explaining Japanese in a way that is easy to understand and grasp.

How about NILS school Activity?
- Gloria Kim

The school activities are very fun but I wish there were more.

How do you like Fukuoka?
- Gloria Kim
-
It is a very nice place to live if you prefer the city but not as loud and busy as other more popular places like Tokyo. There are endless things to do in Fukuoka that you will never get bored here and the nature is also very beautiful.
