NILS Activity: 遠足 #2

Hello, I am Yoshi from NILS Japanese language school. We have another comment from one of our students about last week’s school excursion.

“For this year’s school excursion (遠足 ensoku) we went to the Kyushu energy museum and the Fukuoka zoo/botanical garden. I had a lot of fun, especially at the zoo. It was a good chance to talk with both teachers and the students outside of the normal school-setting. WE split up into various groups and toured the grounds. While I have been to zoos before, it was a different experience going there with the school and it also gave me a good chance to try learning some unusual animal names in the Japanese language. The botanical garden was really nice as well, not only was it beautiful, it was also quiet, and compared to the zoo it had a very refreshing breeze. A lovely place fo a walk. Overall I hada good deal of fun with the other students and teachers and enjoyed the trip immensely.” —Mathias-san from Denmark
