Hello, I am Yoshi from NILS Japanese language school. Last Saturday some of our new students had a very good time with Japanese kids in the community. It was one of the community events. Our students and kids showed their countries’ plays to each other, and they also enjoyed Japanese traditional culture of tea ceremony and flower arrangement. It was a very good experinece for our students not only to learn Japanese culture, but also to talk in Japanese with local people. The kids enjoyed a lot with our students experiencing to touch foreign culture. We believe these kinds of interactions with local people will help them to understand each other’s culture and traditions.
