Enjoy Cooking Japanese Cuisine

Hello, I am Yoshi from NILS Japanese language school. Students learning Japanese language in the short term program enjoyed cooking Japanese cuisine お好み焼き Okonomiyaki this week.
Let’s see how to cook it.
[How to cook okonomiyaki]
1. Cut pork into 3- to 4-inch pieces and mince cabbage coarsely.
2. Using a whisk, make batter combining flour, water, grated mountain yam and salt. Add beaten eggs and stir lightly.
3. Add cabbage and mix well.
4. Oil griddle. Saute port briefly and pour batter over. If you want, sprinkle with pickled ginger. When the surface bubbles and the bottom is golden brown, turn over and brown the other side.
5. Brush with okonomiyaki sauce, sprinle with bonito powder and aonori flakes. Serve with mayonnaise to taste.
