Hello, I am Yoshi from NILS Japanese language school. One of the most popular Japanese food is sushi. We introduce “Kaitenzushi” 回転寿司 or conveyer belt sushi restaurants today.
The customers sit at a U-shaped counter or at a table in a conveyer belt sushi restaurant. Around the counter and the tables, a cnveyer belt slowly and constantly rotates and carries plates with sushi, salads, and desserts. Costomoes are supposed to pick up whatever plates they like from the conveyer belts. Special orders can e placed to sushi chefs behind the counter when you cannot find what you want. Since the prices are Kaitenzushi are less expensive than those in traditional sushi shops, families with children and youngsters are now able to enjoy sushi without having to worry about the cost.
