[V ない-form ないで ください] Please don’t…
This expression is used to ask or instruct someone not to do something.
(Example)
わたしは 元気ですから、心配(しんぱい)しないで ください。
I am fine, so please don’t worry about me.
ここで 写真を とらないで ください。
Please don’t take pictures here.

[V ない-form なければ なりません] must…
This expression means something has to be done regardless of the will of the actor. Note that this doesn’t have a negative meaning.
(Example)
薬(くすり)を 飲まなければ なりません。
I must take medicine.

[V ない-form なくても いいです] need not…
This sentence pattern indicates that the action described by the verb doesn’t have to be done.
(Example)
あしたは 来なくても いいです。
You don’t have to come tomorrow.
