Build up your kanji sense #4

Hello, I am Yoshi from NILS Japanese language school. Today’s topic is kanji again.
How can I have nice kanji handwriting?
[Point 1]
Follow the stroke order. Stroke order for kani was developed to help people write characters neatly. Basic stroke order goes from 1) left to right, and 2) top to bottom. Following stroke order is the best way to write kanji neatly. Even we Japanese cannot write kanji neatly with the wrong stroke order.
[Point 2]
Write teh end of strokes neatly. Kanji has three types of stroke as you can see in “Build up your kanji sense #3”: tome (stop), hane (jump) and harai (sweep). Pay attention to different strokes when writing kanji.
[Point 3]
Pay attention to the overall balance. Handwritten characters look poor if any part of them are written too big or too small. Give special consideration to balance when writing kanji.
