We had a day excursion last month. We went an amusement park called ‘Space World’ in Kitakyushu that in the very north part of Kyushu Island. As the name of this park says, there is a space museum, the moon stone display, and real size model of the Space Shuttle, ‘Discovery’.
There are a lot of other amusement facilities such as different kinds of roller coaster, a Ferris Wheel, a Merry-Go-Round, and so on.
We went there by bus, had packed lunch, walked around, got on a roller coaster, etc. Our students enjoyed themselves during free time. They found other international students from different school. There were also Japanese school students who came from other area in Japan for their own jurneies.
